Our Approach
What about ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot?
They are assistants. A person asks, they answer. Decidr is the layer that runs work across the business.
AI ASSISTANTS
Help a person work
ChatGPT Claude Copilot
● One person, one chat, one answer
● Knows the internet, not your business
● Stops when the conversation ends
● Someone must check the work
DECIDR
Runs the business
One platform. Every model.
● Every team, every workflow, end to end
● Built on your business's own knowledge
● Keeps running with nobody at the keyboard
● Every step logged and auditable
Not competitors. Suppliers. Decidr routes tasks to the same frontier models that power these assistants, and switches as better or
cheaper ones arrive.
Assistants make a person faster. Decidr makes the business run.
17
AI Assistants vs. Decidr
Why we are different
AI costs fall up to 10x a year. That expands our margin and squeezes every layer beneath us.
CATEGORY WHAT YOU OWN WHEN AI GETS CHEAPER
DECIDR
Operational AI
The layer that runs a business on AI. Built
on the customer's own knowledge, which
never commoditises.
Every price drop lowers our cost to execute. We
route each task to the cheapest reliable option, so
falling costs expand margin.
Vertical AI apps One automated workflow The next model release absorbs the feature.
SaaS with AI added Software seats AI does the work. Seat counts shrink.
Neoclouds Rented GPUs Price wars and chip cycles compress margins.
Data centres Buildings and power
Compute commoditises. Returns trend to property
yields.
No GPUs. No buildings. No seats. We are paid when work gets done.
18
Why we are different
The market is ready for operational AI
Source: MIT Research, Stanford HAI, IBM, Morningstar
01
Pressure on Infrastructure Costs
Businesses are breaking workflows into smaller
operational tasks that run on the cheapest
reliable option. Increased infrastructure and
algorithmic efficiencies are lowering costs by
up to 10x every year.
03
Enterprise Budgets
Are Moving Into Production
Enterprise AI budgets are reallocating
from experimentation to production
in 2026, with 64% of budgets reserved
for core business functions.
02
Enterprise Adoption
is Accelerating
Higher usage shows that enterprise trust in AI
is becoming normalized. 88% of businesses
are using AI in 2025,
up from only 55% in 2023.
83% want AI in core processes. Only 2% have been able to operationalise it at scale.

Capture operational
knowledge
Most businesses run on
decisions nobody documents.
Decidr captures the tacit
operational logic, exceptions,
and workflows that normally
live inside people’s heads.
Break workflows into
executable tasks
Complex work is translated
into a series of smaller,
deterministic actions that can
be routed, audited, optimized,
and repeated reliably.
Use the best model
for the job
Decidr routes every task to
the most cost effective and
reliable executor, whether
that’s code, a more traditional
AI model, or the latest and
most advanced LLM,
optimizing cost and speed.
Keep customers
in control
Businesses choose their own
models, keep all of their
own data, and maintain full
control over governance and
cost. No copying, no training, or
unoptimized blanket solutions.
Agentically running a business requires capturing how work really gets done, breaking it into reliable steps, using the right
tool for each task, and staying in control of the system the entire time.
We help businesses put AI to work with four connected concepts
22
Why we win
Confidential / Copyright ©
Customers want AI transformation—but need a practical place to begin
Across customer conversations and delivery work, a consistent pattern is emerging.
01
The ambition is broad
Customers want AI to
transform how their
organisations operate.
02
The starting point is
unclear
Many do not know which
processes or
opportunities to prioritise.
03
Organisational
context is missing
Generic AI does not
understand how work
actually gets done.
04
Knowledge Capture
creates the starting point
Capture the organisationʼs
expertise, processes and
decisions before determining
what to improve or automate.
Capture how the organisation works first. Then use that knowledge to identify where AI can create the most value.
23
