Decidr appoints Brad Gray as Managing Director, Asia
We're excited to announce the appointment of Brad Gray as Managing Director, Asia, leading the regional rollout of partnerships, DecidrOS & Sugarwork to enterprise customers across the region.
Brad Gray, Managing Director, Asia
Brad has more than 25 years of enterprise technology leadership across Asia Pacific.
Previously, Brad served as SVP & GM APAC at Exclusive Networks, leading regional channel entry for CrowdStrike, Okta, Mimecast, SentinelOne and Netskope. He's also held roles as RVP of General Business Sales at SAP across Southeast Asia, and Managing Director at Polycom.
Earlier in his career, at Juniper Networks, he established the regional business and grew revenue to USD 180 million across nine markets.
Brad Gray commented:
"I've rarely seen a market this ready for what Decidr is offering. Asian enterprises don't need more isolated AI tools, they need an operating system that connects their data, workflows and AI-powered expertise into one intelligent whole. That's the conversation I'm here to lead."
Outlook
The way work happens in Asia has become agentic, and the question for regional enterprises is no longer whether to adopt AI, but how to move from AI-assisted to AI-ready at enterprise scale. Decidr's own Singapore AI Readiness Index 2026 makes the gap visible: 91% of enterprises say AI has enhanced operations in the past year, yet only 38% feel confident implementing it across the business. Closing that gap is exactly what DecidrOS is built for.
Brad joins at a moment of real regional momentum. Decidr's recent partnership with ICON Consulting Group opens a direct path into the global SAP enterprise ecosystem across Singapore, Japan, Australia, Vietnam and India, as well as customer and partner conversations from the team's recent regional visit that are already converting into over USD$3M pipeline. Singapore is a deliberate choice as our regional base: gateway to the ASEAN economy of more than 680 million people, and the region's leading hub for enterprise technology, capital and AI policy.
From here, Brad will activate Decidr's partner ecosystem alongside AWS, Go1 and ICON, build out the Asia team, and progress engagements underway across ASEAN, North Asia and India. Asia is now a core pillar of Decidr's global growth strategy, sitting alongside our established operations in Australia and the United States.
