SCX.ai, Australia's first listed pure-play AI infrastructure company, has expanded its partnership with Decidr, committing to $500,000 a year across infrastructure capacity, engineering and optimisation services.

The upgraded deal pairs SCX's sovereign AI infrastructure, built on SambaNova inference technology hosted in Australian data centres, with Decidr's operational AI tools. It also opens up new commercial opportunities across SCX's customer and partner network, giving organisations a way to deploy operational AI while keeping data, model weights and integrations onshore under Australian jurisdiction.

The news comes on the heels of SCX's $40 million ASX debut in August, where it listed with $6.5 million in contracted annual recurring revenue and over 400 active users, and follows a separate landmark partnership with global data platform DDN.
